Track, organize, and manage your collection with a tool designed specifically for firearm owners.
Point your camera at a firearm and let AI identify the manufacturer, model, caliber, and barrel length. Review the results, edit anything that's off, and add it to your collection in seconds. Serial numbers are scanned on-device using OCR — they never leave your phone. 25 free identifications per month.
Catalog your entire collection with detailed entries including make, model, serial number, caliber, photos, purchase info, round counts, and custom notes. Supports pistols, rifles, shotguns, SBRs, SBSs, and suppressors.
Track Form 4s, stamps, trust documents, ownership type, approval timelines, state compliance, and scanned paperwork. Individual and trust registrations supported.
Log your inventory by caliber, brand, bullet weight, lot number, quantity, price per round, casing material, and storage location. Headstamp photos included.
Track by type, brand, caliber, capacity, and quantity. Link magazines to compatible firearms.
Record sessions tied to specific firearms. Log round counts, notes, and conditions. Round counts automatically accumulate per firearm.
Build ballistic data cards for your long-range setups. Record verified holds by distance with environmental conditions, G1/G7 ballistic coefficients, and trued BC adjustments. Your data reflects your rifle, your loads, and your conditions — not a generic calculator.
Track cleanings, part replacements, costs, and who performed the work. See rounds fired since last cleaning at a glance.
Store your local dealers and gunsmiths with contact info, transfer fees, hours, and notes. Keep your favorites at the top.
Catalog scopes, red dots, lights, and other accessories with serial numbers, purchase info, and photos. Link them to specific firearms.
Attach photos or scans of receipts, warranties, insurance documents, and anything else you want to keep with your records.
Generate password-protected PDF reports with photos. Export CSV spreadsheets formatted for insurance claims. Create full encrypted ZIP backups with all photos and documents included. Import and merge or replace data from backups.
Secure the entire app behind Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID, or a passcode — separate from your device lock.
One purchase unlocks Arsenal Tracker on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Your data syncs automatically across all of them. Check your collection at the safe, reference DOPE data at the range, or pull up a serial number at the gun shop — all from whatever device is in your hand.
Built natively for iPhone, iPad, and Mac with a clean, focused interface.
Your data is encrypted on your device before it ever leaves. It syncs across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac through iCloud, but only in encrypted form — iCloud stores only ciphertext. Your encryption keys live in your Apple Keychain, which Apple encrypts end-to-end. We never see your keys. We never see your data. We don't run servers. There is no account to create and no backend to breach.
To be clear: your encrypted data does pass through iCloud for syncing purposes. We believe this is the right tradeoff between security and the convenience of having your collection available on all your devices. If you'd prefer not to sync, you can disable iCloud sync entirely and keep everything local to a single device.
When you use AI identification, the photo you select is sent to cloud AI services (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) for processing. These services analyze the image and return the identified manufacturer, model, caliber, and barrel length. Photos are not stored by these services and are discarded after processing.
Serial numbers are always scanned on-device using Apple's Vision framework. They never leave your phone.
No other data from your collection — firearms, documents, serial numbers, notes, or any other records — is ever sent to any server. The AI identification feature is the only part of Arsenal Tracker that communicates with an external service, and only when you explicitly choose to use it.
You can disable AI identification at any time in Settings. This choice only affects the AI feature — the rest of Arsenal Tracker works entirely offline with end-to-end encryption.
The only thing that ever leaves your device is a single photo, only when you explicitly tap the AI identification button, and only after you've opted in with a consent screen that explains exactly what happens. Everything else — your collection, serial numbers, NFA documents, ammunition inventory, DOPE cards, range trips, maintenance logs, photos stored in your collection, receipts, notes — is encrypted on your device and never touches any server we control.
Arsenal Tracker uses Anthropic Claude as the primary identification model and falls back to Google Gemini if the first result has low confidence. This gives you better accuracy. Both providers operate under the same rules — no storage, no training on your data, commercial API terms.
On-device models aren't good enough yet for reliable firearm identification across thousands of makes and models. When they are, we'll move to it. Until then, the cloud-based approach with full disclosure and opt-in consent is the most honest way to offer this feature.
Don't enable the AI feature. Everything else in the app works without it. You lose nothing.
There is no server to subpoena. Apple has your encrypted ciphertext in iCloud, but without your Keychain keys, it's unreadable. If you disable iCloud sync entirely, your data exists only on your physical devices.
Try it free with up to 3 firearms. When you're ready, unlock everything with a single purchase.
Free tier includes all features for up to 3 firearms — no credit card required. Requires iPhone (iOS 17+), iPad (iPadOS 17+), or Mac (macOS 14+).
Built by a shooter, not a marketing department. This app exists because I wanted something I'd actually trust with my own collection data. No analytics. No telemetry. No ads. No data harvesting. Just a tool that does its job and keeps its mouth shut.
