By downloading or using Arsenal Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Arsenal Tracker is a personal firearm collection management tool for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS. It allows you to track firearms, NFA items, ammunition, accessories, magazines, range trips, DOPE cards, maintenance logs, and related documents. The App is designed for lawful personal record-keeping purposes.
You own your data. Arsenal Tracker stores all data on your device and, if you enable iCloud Sync, in your private iCloud container. We do not have access to your data, cannot read it, and cannot recover it if lost. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups using the export features provided in the App.
Arsenal Tracker offers a free tier that allows tracking of a limited number of firearms with all features unlocked. An optional one-time in-app purchase ("Unlimited Firearms") removes this limit permanently. This purchase is non-consumable, applies to all Apple devices signed into your Apple ID, and is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
The optional AI firearm identification feature sends photos you provide to third-party AI services (Anthropic and Google) for processing. By using this feature, you acknowledge that photos are transmitted to these services. You should not use this feature if you do not want firearm photos sent to third-party servers. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree to use Arsenal Tracker only for lawful purposes. The App is a record-keeping tool and does not facilitate the sale, transfer, or illegal acquisition of firearms or ammunition. You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership, storage, and documentation.
Arsenal Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool, not a legal document system. While we strive for the App to function reliably, we make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI identification results, UPC barcode lookups, or any data derived from third-party services. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your records.
Arsenal Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, iCloud issues, or any other cause. Use the backup features regularly.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arsenal Tracker and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
Your use of Arsenal Tracker is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
